Abstract

Dear Editor,
We sincerely thank Shadbash and Bahari-Babadi for their thoughtful commentary [1] on our recent article published in Molecular Biology Research Communications [2]. We appreciate their engagement with our work. In the following, we would like to address a few key points for the consideration of the authors and our readers.
We agree with the points raised concerning the inherent limitations of in silico studies and the necessity of experimental validation to confirm predicted miRNA–mRNA interactions. We would like to clarify that the published manuscript represents the preliminary and computational phase of our larger ongoing project. As correctly noted by the author of the letter, some assays are essential to verify the biological relevance of the predicted miRNAs. We are pleased to inform you that experimental validation studies are currently underway. These experiments are designed to address precisely the concerns raised and to translate the computational predictions into biologically and clinically meaningful findings.
We sincerely appreciate the feedback and the scientific engagement with our work. Such insights strengthen the academic dialogue and support the improvement of ongoing and future research.
